Bookings
- To
reserve a room, you will be requested to provide valid card details
(type, number, expiry date, issue number or a valid from date
and the last 3 digits of the security code shown on the signature
strip). Please note the cost of the first night stay will be taken
by card at the time of booking.

| Cancellation
-
Cancellations of 7 days or less from the due date of arrival (28
days at New Year), the card provided will be charged with the cost
of the stay. If all or part of a stay is cancelled after arrival,
the full cost of the stay as booked will remain payable on departure. |

Change
of Room
-
If the specific room reserved is rendered unusable via
circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer
the booking to an alternative room. In the event of us being
unable to offer you an alternative room at Number 80 we will make
reasonable attempts to arrange similar accommodation for you
elsewhere.

Payment
- We are happy to accept cash, cheque with bankers card, credit
or debit card payment.
Please note that there is a £2 surcharge for payment by
card.

As
we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or
non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above
conditions will be made and that any booking made with number 80
(verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
